Eligibility for Refunds

Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using our service as advertised, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Technical issues must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of the purchase.
Service Unavailability
If our service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours) and this unavailability significantly impacts your ability to use the service you paid for, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment upon verification.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- After you have used the service to generate certificates (partial or complete usage)
- If you change your mind about needing the service after purchase
- If you purchased the wrong plan or package (however, we may allow you to upgrade or downgrade instead)
- For any request made more than 7 days after the purchase
- If your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use

Processing Time

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Any bank fees or currency conversion charges are not refundable
Partial Refunds

- The amount of time the service has been used
- The number of certificates already generated
- The nature and severity of the technical issues experienced
